If you're not satisfied with your supplement, we’ll make it right.
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 60 days of purchase.
- You’re a first-time customer of that supplement category.
Already a customer of the same product?
No problem — unopened, unused supplements in like-new condition are still eligible for a refund within 60 days.
📦 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an order placed on www.dog-eh.com, just email us at info@dog-eh.com with:
- Your order number, or
- The name and email used at checkout
We'll take it from there!
Bought Dog-Eh! from a retail store or third-party site?
Please note that refunds must be handled through that vendor, and are not eligible for our VIP Guarantee.
💡 Refunds on Multiple Products
If you purchase multiple supplements in the same category on your first order, the VIP Guarantee applies to one product per category. Any extras must be returned unopened within 60 days for a standard refund.
🆚 Competitor Product Reimbursement
We’ll even buy you a competitor’s product — seriously!
To qualify:
- You must meet the VIP Guarantee eligibility above.
- The competitor product must be in the same category and of equal or lesser value.
💥 Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@dog-eh.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll fix it quickly and fairly — no hassle.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Used/opened supplements (unless eligible under VIP Guarantee)
- Perishable items beyond the 60-day window
- Final sale items or gift cards
